We all love Prime Day! But if you are like me you probably don’t go into it with a plan for what you are looking for. Which usually results in spending more money on things you don’t actually need.

Solar Panels
Solar is an amazing addition to your rig. It lets you spend more time boondocking and you don’t need to worry about using your generator or depleting your batteries

Portable Solar

Air Purifier
An air purifier is something I thought much about until I live through some horribly smokey summers. These are the two of my favorite air purifiers. The Leviot is perfect for fulltime RVers while the Koios is nice and compact. You can read more in my article, The Best Air Purifier for Your RV.

Water Filter
We filter our water in the RV twice, maybe it’s overkill but one we use an inline filter to get the main sediment out of the water so it doesn’t clog the pipe. The second we use for our drinking water.
Main Inline Filter
We use a Camco inline water filter that is extremely easy to find replacements for. Basically, every RV uses one. It just attaches directly to the hose when you hook up or fill your fresh water tank.

Second Drinking Water Filter
We like to filter our drinking water a little more thoroughly. Having a second filter for our drinking water gives us wonderfully clean tasting water while we are on the road.
Portable Water Filter
This is the one we have and use all the time. It’s amazing because it travels with you. We even take it with us to visit Mexico and Costa Rica so we have no issues drinking the water. The only thing is it needs to be hung to filter.

Counter Top Water Filter
Another option is a countertop style filter. These work well if you are stationary for long periods of time. You’ll have to stow it properly when on the move. But they work extremely well.
